ExcessUPS Warranty and Returns Policy

All new and refurbished products sold by ExcessUPS are covered by both a 30 day Return Policy and 1 year Warranty. You may purchase extended warranty, up to 3 years.

Items that are not eligible for returns are clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the Product page for that Product, when you place it in your Shopping Cart, and when you are asked to Confirm Your Order.

The 30-day Return Policy:

If you believe you received an item in error or a defective item:

  • We will arrange to have the defective item to be returned with no expense to you.
  • The ExcessUPS.com Customer Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a return authorization number and a FedEx Ground label for you to use to ship the item back to us.

  • Please return items in original packaging and properly packaged. All packing slips, manuals and any accessories must be returned as well. Stickers, labels, and serial numbers must be clean, as-new, intact and in their original positions.

  • We will ship a replacement product that is identical or better than the product being returned.

  • If we are unable to ship replacement product, we will issue a full refund including any shipping and handling costs paid at time of purchase.

  • The credit will be made toward whatever form of payment you used when making your original purchase (i.e., credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • We aim to process all returns within one (1) week.  Should you have any questions about the status of your return or how to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team at ­1 866-311-1945 or email cs@excessups.com.

 

If product is NOT defective:

  • Customer will ship non-defective product back to us at their expense.

  • The ExcessUPS.com Customer Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a return authorization number.

  • Please return items in original packaging and properly packaged. All packing slips, manuals and any accessories must be returned as well. Stickers, labels, and serial numbers must be clean, as-new, intact and in their original positions.

  • 10% restocking fee will apply.

  • Once received in good working order, we will issue refund for original purchase price less the restocking.

  • The credit will be made toward whatever form of payment you used when making your original purchase (i.e., credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Refunds are not given on shipping & handling charges.

  • We aim to process all returns within one (1) week.  Should you have any questions about the status of your return or how to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team at ­1 866-311-1945 or email cs@excessups.com.

 

 

The 1-year Warranty (between 31 and 365 days from date of delivery):

All products are covered by a 1 year warranty. You may also purchase an extended warranty, up to 3 years.

If you are having technical difficulties with your item:

  • Please get in touch with the ExcessUPS.com Technical Support team and explain the difficulties you are experiencing. They will work with you to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.

  • If the Technical Support team cannot resolve the issue and deems the product defective, we will ship a replacement product that is the same or better.

  • We will also arrange to ship the defective item back to us.
