30-Day No Questions Asked Returns Policy

You can return any UPS or battery with no questions asked up to 30 days after you receive your order. We will also replace any UPS or battery that is not working properly within 1-year of purchase subject to our warranty policy and you can also purchase an extended warranty that covers you for up to 3 years. For more details about our 30-day return policy and terms and conditions, please find your situation below.

 

I received a product that is different from what I ordered.

  • We're sorry for the mix-up. Please contact us within 30 days after you receive your order and let us know what you received.
  • If you received the wrong product we will approve your request and issue a return authorization number. We'll pay for the return shipping cost and send you a FedEx Ground label so you can ship the item back to us. We'll also ship you the product you ordered at no extra charge.

  • When you ship the UPS or battery back to us, please return it in its original packaging and properly packaged. All packing slips, manuals and any accessories must be returned as well. Stickers, labels, and serial numbers must be clean, as-new, intact and in their original positions.

  • If we are unable to ship the product you ordered we will issue a full refund including any shipping and handling charges paid at the time of purchase. The credit will be made toward whatever form of payment you used when making your original purchase (i.e., credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Please note that we can't process any returns until you contact us and we issue a return authorization number. Please also note you must make a return request within 30 days after you receive the product.


I just want to return my item with no questions asked. Can I do it?


  • Absolutely. You can return any item purchased from us within 30 days of receipt as long as it is in its original packaging and properly packaged. All packing slips, manuals and any accessories must be returned as well. Stickers, labels, and serial numbers must be clean, as-new, intact and in their original positions.

  • If you'd like to return an item, please contact us and we'll issue a return authorization number.

  • Once we have issued a return authorization number and the item is received in good working order we will issue a refund of the original purchase price. The credit will be made toward whatever form of payment you used when making your original purchase (i.e., credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Please note we cannot refund any shipping and handling charges. You'll have to pay to ship the UPS or battery to us and also for the original shipping and handling charges. 


My UPS or battery is not working properly.

 

  • If you are having technical difficulties, please let us know about the problem. Our technical support team will work with you to troubleshoot and try to resolve the problem.

  • If our technical team cannot resolve the issue, and you purchased the UPS or battery less than 1 year ago (or purchased an extended warranty) we will provide a replacement subject to our warranty policy.

  • Please note that we can't process any warranty claims until you contact us and we issue a return authorization number.


How long will this take?


  • We aim to process all returns within one (1) week.
